Couple/Family Follow Up Sessions

After the intake appointment, this is when therapy begins. A treatment plan will be developed together with your therapist to identify your counseling goals. In addition, treatment objectives will be identified, thoughts and feelings will be explored and interventions introduced and practiced during these sessions.
