I work with adults who are ready to make changes in their quality of life. If you have developed patterns making you feel stuck, I might be the right person to help you break those repeated behaviors. I can help you learn how to stop ruminating thoughts and self-doubt. In addition, I can help you learn how to navigate the ebb and flow of life without struggling with feelings of depression and anxiety. Together we will develop an individualized treatment plan so that you can step into your personal power and improve your overall well-being.

My experience has covered issues related to domestic violence, homelessness, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, etc. My approach is mainly from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy orientation. I provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings so that you may reach your counseling goals.

I understand that it can feel scary to reach out for help, but there will be no judgment here. My goal is to help you learn healthy coping skills. Healthy coping skills are life skills you can access for the rest of your life. I invite you to contact me for a free initial phone consultation. Let's talk to see if we can work together to meet your needs.
